Shopping and Product Questions

  • Are your products really handcrafted?
  • Yes! Absolutely! They are handcrafted by me in Frisco, Colorado. I have worked very hard to learn many different techniques, and I am constantly trying to stay up to date on any new techniques.
  • Where are the products actually made?
  • Each and every pair of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, coffee mugs, coasters, zipper bags, signs, hat pins, ornaments, sun catchers, cutting boards, tarot bags, and more is personally handcrafted by me in Frisco, Colorado. 
  • What materials do you use? 
  • Every product I make uses different methods and materials, but I make all products using some or all of the following materials: resin, glass, aluminum, and natural crystals. gemstones, pine cones, metal findings, wood, metal wire, glass beads, plastic beads, glitter, cotton, and polyester sublimation blanks, along with other carefully selected materials.
  • Are your crystals and stones real?
  • When making products, I always try to use real crystals and stones. There are some products that I don't use real crystals, though. I always make sure to clearly label what materials are used in the description, and I make it very clear if the stones are not real. I make sure to include the crystal benefits when the stones are real. 
  • Do you allow custom orders?
  • Yes! Absolutely! They are my favorite kinds of orders. I love creating that special one-of-a-kind and meaningful gift you can't find anywhere else. You just have to contact us with what you are looking for and which product, and we can get it made from there. 
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
  • I actually try to wrap all orders in a cute tissue paper, which covers any protective material used for shipping. If you would like something a little more specific, like birthday wrapping paper, then just contact us before the item ships, and we will do our best to accommodate the request. 
  • How long does it usually take to ship?
  • Shipping will greatly depend on the size of your order. If you place a large order, this will affect processing time. All shipping estimates will be clearly indicated before you order and again in your confirmation email. For a normal order, the processing time is 1 to 3 days. The order is then shipped using USPS with ground shipping. Usually, most packages are received within 3 to 5 days. Most customers will receive their orders within 1 week of placing the order. If you need it expedited, select that during shipping, and we can speed up the processing and choose a quicker shipping option. 
  • Do you ship outside of Colorado?
  • Yes! We certainly do! We will ship anywhere in the United States or internationally! 
  • Do you accept returns?
  • We aim to make sure that every customer is 100% happy with their order. When you order a custom item, we send proofs for final approval. Since we make a lot of custom gifts, returns are determined on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not accept returns for custom items, but we can accommodate them in certain circumstances. We highly suggest that when a proof photo is sent for approval, you really examine it and make sure it is perfect! If an item arrives broken, please follow the directions provided in the box. 
  • What are the best gifts made in Colorado?
  • Anything Schaefer Inc 82 of course! Colorado gifts are best when they are centered around the Colorado flag, the beautiful mountains, or any nature scene. People really love the wildlife as well, so things like moose or bears are very popular. These things are staples of Colorado, and they have not changed in 20+ years. People also enjoy the marijuana inspired merchandise.

  •  What is the purpose of spiritual jewelry?
  • Spiritual jewelry is often worn as a reminder of personal intentions, mindfulness, protection, healing, self-love, or spiritual growth. 
  • What does the evil eye symbolize?
  • The evil eye is traditionally believed to protect against negative energy, jealousy, and ill intentions while promoting positivity and good fortune. 
  • How do I cleanse my crystals?
  • Many methods can be used. If you go to our blog section, there is an article that thoroughly describes all the methods. The article is titled "How To Cleanse Your Spiritual Tools." Common practices usually include moonlight, sound, smoke cleansing, visualization, or placing certain crystals with them. 
  • Do your products guarantee spiritual or healing results?
  • No! Our products are intended for personal enjoyment, spiritual practice, inspiration, and self-reflection. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • How do I know if evil eye jewelry is a good fit?
  • Honestly, there is not a person in this world who cannot use protection from people who have feelings of envy or jealousy towards them. Unfortunately, this is such a common problem that everyone should be draped in evil eye stuff. It does only good, so it is always a great fit!
  • Do you have to do anything special to get evil eye jewelry to work?
  • No. There is nothing special you have to do. All you have to do is wear it. If things get rough one day, maybe you could ask the evil eye for protection, but this is not necessary. It works just by putting it on. 
  • What gifts do you think are best for tarot readers
  • Tarot readers are going to love anything with tarot designs or crystals. They will love the jewelry that has special meaning. They will love anything that promotes introspection and reflection. 
  • Are tarot-themed gifts good for beginner readers?
  • Yes, they are an amazing gift for beginner readers. Wearing tarot jewelry or being surrounded by tarot décor, it will help the person connect more deeply with the cards. It will help remind them of their studies and will remind them to continue to learn as much as possible. 

Tarot Reading FAQ

  • What Can I Expect During A Tarot Reading?
  • Everyone's experiences are different, and I strongly believe you get what you put into it. The people who get the best readings are open and ready for the knowledge. A tarot reading is just a guided conversation using tarot cards as a tool for reflection, insight, and self-discovery. You can expect a reading to touch on my aspects of your life, like relationships, career, personal growth, spirituality, and life decisions. 
  • How are readings conducted online?
  • Readings conducted online are not much different from in-person readings. You receive the same advice, knowledge, and guidance, but through chat instead of in person. You receive the same advice, knowledge, and guidance through chat instead of in person or via video. 
    • Before the reading, you are asked to submit certain information like your name, date of birth, and any specific questions you may be seeking answers for. Lastly, I ask for a recent photo of you. These things help us call in your spirit guides. Readings can be done with less information, though. If you are meant to receive a certain message, the universe will make sure you get it one way or another. 
  • How long does a reading usually take?
  • Sessions last for different timeframes and depend on the type of reading you choose. They can range from 5 minutes to one hour. 
  • Do I need to come to my reading with a large list of questions?
  • This one is completely up to you. If you have specific questions about something going on in your life, then I would come with questions. If you really don't have any major issues and just want to experience a reading, I would suggest getting a general life reading, which does not require you to develop any questions.     
  • Do Tarot card readings predict the future?
  • Although tarot cards can give guidance on how certain scenarios may turn out, it is best to look at tarot cards as tools for reflection, guidance, and a way to explore possibilities rather than exact predictions.      
  • What are some examples of questions I should or could ask during my reading?     
  • The best questions to ask are open-ended questions. You want questions that are open to guidance. Yes, and no questions are possible, but they generally provide fewer details and are believed to be less accurate. Here are some sample questions that are open-ended.        
    • What do I need to know right now?
    • What lessons am I missing?
    • What should I focus my energy on?         
    • What can I do to improve my relationship?
    • How can I make my work situation better?
    • Am I on the right path?
    • I'm at a crossroads. What does it look like if I choose option A and B?
