Refund policy

At Schaefer Inc 82, every item is handcrafted with care and often made just for you. Because of the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes any item that has been:

  • Customized with names, dates, colors, or design changes
  • Made specifically upon request
  • Altered from the original listing

We put a lot of love into creating your unique piece, so please double-check all details before placing your order.

 Non-Custom Items

For non-custom items, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund if the issue is on our end.

 Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
  • Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
