Shipping Policy

At Schaefer Inc 82, every piece is handcrafted with care, and many items are made just for you. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the type of order.

Processes

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: 2–5 business days
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–3 business days

Processing time is the time it takes us to create and prepare your order before it ships.

 Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times typically are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
  • Rushed Orders: If you pay for a rushed shipping, then it could arrive within 2 days. It must be paid for (the much higher shipping rate) and the item will ship right away.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

How's Shipping Calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please allow extra time during peak seasons
  • Lost: Please contact the shipping company, which should be provided when you receive the tracking number. Let them know immediately that it was lost and then send us an email at schaeferinc82@gmail.com so we can contact them too. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

 International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
